I really loved this and needed to hear it.
"As you pastor a church you will need to be like an oak tree, just stay planted firm and be strong. People are like birds, you will have some who will come and stay a while, some who may "drop" on you, and then you will have those who will make their nests there and make it their home, but remember, you are always an oak tree".
