Oh how I miss them being this little! Kyle was always so open and honest and would say anything that would come to his mind, since then he has tamed that somewhat, as have I :)
Ryan was always the shy one who would wrinkle up his nose if you looked at him too long and wasn't one for conversation and he has gotten better at that and so has his Dad :)
They are growing and changing and I love watching them as they turn into little men. Kyle (with the glasses) has since shed the glasses and has become such a wonderful musician. He blows us away with his talent and Ryan is doing well in school and is quite the artist and we are curious to see where this life will lead him.
I am blessed to have such a good relationship with my kids. At Church the boys get into arguments about who is going to sit next to me and so I usually end up sitting in the middle. I think that is sweet. Ryan told me the other day that he is so proud that I am his Mom , that I am everything that he ever would want in a Mother. I almost cried. He is 15! What 15 year old says that?
Yes, I am blessed, I know that they are teens and we still have a journey before us with the teen years. There are choices to be made and girlfriends who will come and go and tears to be cried but I count it all joy. I love these kids so much! We made it through the teen years with Amber
and now she has blossomed into such a sweet, kind and loving girl. I am proud of her. She is finding her way spiritually and naturally and is one of the very best Moms that I know. Her and Leah are so close and I love watching their relationship blossom.
Well I better end this. Today we are taking a van full of teens to Six Flags. Kyle, Ryan, Cheyenne, Alyson, Paul and Angela are going to Christmas in the Park! I will try to post pictures of that soon, and would you believe that this was Ronnie's idea??? I guess we are all just excited about Christmas.
Love to all!
