
We will be married for 25 years on March the 6Th but we will be celebrating it on the 14Th :) We have changed ALL of our plans. We originally were going to drive all the way to Florida and renew them on the beach but because of health problems of some of the family members and also thinking of the baby girls, we decided that the drive would be just too long. Soooo, we started looking for a local venue and decided on the Coyote Ranch. We hired Amanda Tole and Vicki Tole with Exclusive Weddings to coordinate the event for us. I told them I wanted a "Romantic Country " theme since we would be having it at the ranch, and that I wanted to change our colors to our original wedding colors which was mauve and silver and add some lilacs and pinks. The table linen will be silver with mason jars with peonies in them as the centerpieces and tons of candles. I got the girls their dresses and I have my dress and below is a picture of my shoes :)
We are using our original cake topper, even though it is in pretty shabby shape, I just have to incorporate it!!! Also we will be using our original minister to perform the ceremony. He and his wife will be staying in one of the log cabins as a special treat from Ronnie and I. Also my parents, my Aunt and Uncle, my niece, Amber, Joel, Leah, Emery Kate, and the boys will all have their own cabins where they will all find a basket of goodies waiting for them .
We are all super excited. We will have a video played after the ceremony with pictures of us through the years. One of the songs that Ronnie and I decided on is "Remember When" by Alan Jackson. We loved it from the first time we heard it. Exclusive weddings are having that put together as well. The great thing about hiring a coordinator is that they will take care of everything including things like taking care of the invitations, putting it all together and making sure it all unfolds they way it should and best of all, making sure that everything gets cleaned up. Vicki and Amanda have been great and I would highly recommend them to any Bride who needs a coordinator.
