Sometimes as we go down the road of life, we hit some bumpy spots and feel like "Whats' the use"? Sometimes we get weary in well doing and feel like quiting. But then sometimes we have encouraging moments and rays of inspiration!
Yesterday I had a really beautiful day and to top it all off before I went to bed I checked my email and found the sweetest letter from a former Bride. I photographed her wedding probably around 7 years ago? A beautiful girl on the inside and out with a very sweet spirit.
I wanted to share this and say thanks to Kiy for making my day. I appreciate it and you will never know how letters like these keep me pressing forward.
I would encourage everyone to take the time to write what is on your heart to a friend, mentor, Pastor, teacher, Parent etc. Sometimes we need to let others know what an encouragement they are to us. It's the little things like this that make life so sweet! Now go make someones day!!!
Hello Mrs. Carla! I wanted to send a quick note to you and let you know how much I enjoy your blog. I meant to do this a while back when you mentioned maybe not posting on it anymore.
I also wanted to let you know that I totally admire you for your wedding photography. My little brother, Jordan, got married a few weeks ago. He and his little bride talked me into photographing their wedding. It was not a very pleasant experience for me. I am happy to say that it was my first and last wedding!!!
Congrats on your new little granddaughter to be! Adding additional little princesses to the family is always a great blessing! I have two now and their beauty amazes me almost every day!
Anyhow, your blog is a blessing and an inspiration to me. I appreciate your stand for our Lord and Savior!
