amazing things
and I am so
glad that I
am apart of it!
Easter Sunday was amazing! As we watched the Easter Drama series and they sang "The Blood" I was swept away with emotion. We celebrate the cross because Jesus shed his blood for us and it is awesome when we get to also celebrate his Resurrection! We had a full house with over 500 people there which is mind blowing since our Sunday morning services run about 300. It's been a year now that Ronnie and I was led here by the Lord and we are just watching things happen over and over. We had an ex pastor of ours from our former church in one of our services recently and he had all the men pray for him because he was in need of healing and he called our Pastor and told him that the doctors were shocked because all of his tests were good, they said they had no answer, but we know the answer. God is doing great things in our lives as well, I am seeing prayers answered in our own household. On Sunday night we had a blow out service and everyone was up front praying and worshipping and I look up and Ryan is right up front too, that is very unusual for him, I am used to Kyle being up front but shocked when Ryan did so.
Bro. Holley seen this and came right over and had a long talk with the boys and prayed with them , I can not tell you what that did for us as a family, this was better to me then winning the lottery! All I know is that God is good and he is up to something wonderful!!! The photos above are from an Elder Appreciation service. The thing that really is impressive to me is that everyone really loves each other and prays for each other and even the little kids are involved. I have never seen so many small children gather up front and have tears rolling down their faces from praying. The teens do this also. God is definitely here in this church and I think he is pleased with what he sees. I am grateful also for what he is doing in my Granny life and my Mother as well as my aunt and uncle. Now I know why the Lord has led us this way. Why didn't I trust him? When will I learn that he has everything under control? I am learning to lean back and give him full control of my life because he ain't never done me nothing but good!
I just wanted to share what the Lord is doing! On a business note, I will be leaving town next week to attend the Texas School of Professional Photography in Addison TX. I will be gone for a whole week. I should have every ones orders out before I leave. Also I will try to post some images from some of my recent photo shoots. I have more from Alysha and Richards wedding to post, 2 seniors, and some kid shots I would like to share. Sorry I have been such a bad blogger, we have just been so busy.
God bless you all :)
