Remodeling Soon :)

We are remodeling our kitchen in March. The whole kitchen is going to be ripped out and we will have an empty space just to start all over. Our kitchen cabinets are pretty white wash. We had a new face put on them in 2000 but they are really very old and falling apart, they were put in the year of 1984 so it is definitely time to update. I have a few ideas in mind that I think I want but still haven't made my final decision. When we have this done we are also going to put fresh paint in the dining room and we are ripping out the remaining carpet and finishing up the house with hard wood floors. After I get the hardwood floors in my bedroom, this is the rug that I want to go under my bed, unless I find one that I like better. This is the style I am looking for, something feminine and shabby chic. I am so excited to get this process started and will be even more excited to get it finished. We love keeping the house in tip top shape and decorating it. It will be paid off in 5 years and after we pay it off, our plan is to purchase a lake house. I want a house by the lake that is around 1500 sq. feet that has a very country feel to it. I am going to fill that house with nothing but authentic country things, like flea market finds and quilts and antiques. We want to have a boat, a couple of jet skies, lots of fishing and camping equipment so that we can get away without really having to go too far. This house will also be for family and church gatherings . I am looking forward to having it for the holidays also. The wheels of our lives are put in motion by the love and togetherness of family and friends that God has blessed us with. We have made so many wonderful memories through the years and look forward to making many more.
