Love this!

"A Public Apology! My wife brought something to my attention this morning that I wanted to address. Regarding some of my recent post and discussions, she said that she thought I may appear to be a little arrogant and a "my way is the only way" type of person. I disagreed with her, then decided to read over some of the post myself where a discussion was going on about shooting on Manual vs TTL. After reading, I am very ashamed with the way I worded some of my post and certainly can see where my wife is absolutely right that I could appear arrogant and self centered. I would like to apologize to everyone for the way I worded my post and especially to ********* who I admire a great deal who is a master of TTL lighting. I guess when you truly believe in what you do, you can come across as as arrogant and a my way or no way kind of person, and I totally can come across as a jerk. I'm sure people that know me personally will agree that I am very humble and am very willing to share anything I know, and certainly not arrogant. I've always had a bad way of expressing myself in writing and working that. And furthermore, I absolutely do not believe my way is the only way, and have great respect for many others that choose a different method than myself. So hopefully, anyone offended will accept my public apology and I will be much more careful in the way I word things in the future."

I was on my facebook page of Texas School of Professional Photographers and was so proud to run a ccross a post from my most recent teacher. He posted this letter and I must say I was so impressed. This is how I believe and want to follow this example. Not only did I learn great lessons from him in the class, I also just learned an even greater lesson on "How to Apologize." You see I want to have the repetation of always humbling myself and apologizing for any hurt or words that I have said or done. There is great reward in humility. I have learned this through the years. What greater example of humility than our blessed saviour Jesus Christ. Just wanted to share this letter with you all and hope it blessed you the way it did me. I sure am glad that I signed up for his class and will highly recommend him.
Love to all!
